Who are Wand and Bottle?
My name is Ardena Kerns. I am a mom from Florida who owns this small business. I make everything you see on the website!
What is the turn around time for orders?
Most items will have their specific turn around time listed in the description of the item itself.
tumblers are roughly 7-10 business days.
purses, wallets, backpacks and all other sewn items are 15-20 business days.
shirts and hoodies are roughly 7-10 business days.
What is a business day?
A business day is any day Monday Through Friday not including the day you ordered or holidays.
What if I have a problem with my order?
If you have ANY issues with your order please be sure to contact us immediately. We work hard to make sure everything is correct before your items are shipped. If there are any issues with your order, you have 48 hours from time of delivery to contact us so that we can find a solution.
Do you accept refunds/returns?
Due to the custom nature of the items we do not accept returns or refunds.
How do I contact you?
You can contact me either through email: wandandbottle@gmail.com, the contact me page on the website, or through our Facebook group Wand and Bottle VIP.
I want a custom order, how do I order?
For all custom orders please contact me privately to start designing. You will then be sent An invoice to the email you provide.
Where do I find information on monthly drops and themes?
All information about upcoming drops and themes can be found in our Facebook Group Wand and Bottle VIP. Please be sure to join to get up to date information.
The item I want says sold out, can you make another?
On most items in the shop I am able to make similar items but never exactly the same. There are some items that I may not have enough (or not able to get more) of a specific material/fabric and will not be able to recreate it. The best thing to do is to contact me and ask if it is possible.
I need my custom item faster than the stated turn around time?
Unfortunately we do not offer expedited services. All items are hand made by me personally. I am only one person and want to make sure everything that leaves my shop is up to my standard. I would not want to rush your order and have something go wrong.
Do you have a referral program?
We are currently working on getting one up and running. Be sure to check the Facebook group for updates.
Do you have a points program?
Yes! You can sign up for our points program on the main page.

Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
